Q1: When are my order to shipping?
  A:  On January 13 to January 30 orders shipments will be delayed, 
     All orders will be processed and shipping sequentially on February 1st. 

Q2: Can I purchase normally during the holidays?
  A:  Purchases are still available during the holidays. 

Q3: Are there customer service staff during the holidays?
A: From January 22 to January 30 no customer service staff during the holidays. 

Q4: How can I request a refund and modification from the seller during the holidays?
A: Orders placed between January 22 and January 30 will not be accepted refunds and modification requests ,
